WHY CHOOSE US?

OUR SERVICES

Short Term Accommodation

Short Term Accommodation (STA), including respite, provides temporary care and accommodation for participants who need a break from their usual home or when regular caregivers are unavailable. STA funding covers up to 28 days per year, which can be used flexibly. It includes personal care, accommodation, meals, and activities designed to support participants’ goals, such as increasing independence or trying new experiences in a comfortable and secure environment.

Group & Centre
Activities

Group and Centre Activities offer participants opportunities to engage in structured activities or programs. The aim is to promote social interaction, skill development, and community inclusion in a supportive and supervised setting.

Participants may join various group-based activities that align with their interests and goals. These activities can include arts and crafts workshops, cooking classes, vegetable gardening, sports and recreational programs, skill-building sessions or caring for the resident animals.

Social & Community
Participation

Social and Community Participation is designed to enhance social and community engagement through personalised support, fostering meaningful connections, and building independence and confidence. Whether a trip to the shops or other recreational and cultural activities, we are here to support you in achieving your goals and lead a fulfilling and socially connected life.

Support
Coordination

Our Support Coordinators will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. We will collaborate closely with you to connect with informal community and funded supports and help you navigate your NDIS plan effectively, ensuring that your individual goals are met and your needs are thoroughly addressed. Together, we work towards empowering you to achieve a more independent and fulfilling life.

Coaching &
Mentoring

NDIS mentoring helps people living with disabilities work through daily challenges like improving their health literacy, food choices, weight management, personal hygiene and levels of activity. Mentoring also equip clients with the skills and tools needed to achieve personal growth and live independently. Converse with other people, build meaningful relationships and confidently take tangible steps toward their goals, according to each client’s unique needs.
