COACHING & MENTORING
NDIS mentoring helps people living with disabilities work through daily challenges like improving their health literacy, food choices, weight management, personal hygiene and levels of activity.
Mentoring also equip clients with the skills and tools needed to live independently; managing and organising daily routines, work-related skills and employment opportunities, budgeting and financial management, communicating with other people and building meaningful relationships. Our tailored programs will enable personal growth while confidently taking tangible steps toward achieving their goals, according to each client’s unique needs.
More information about this service will be available soon.
