
GROUP & CENTRE ACTIVITIES
Group and Centre Activities offer participants opportunities to engage in a diverse range of structured activities or programs. The aim is to build capacity and develop skills for community, social and recreational participation in a supportive and supervised setting. Participants may join various group-based activities that align with their interests and goals. Engaging in enjoyable activities and social interactions boosts physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Day Program
At EDEN STIRLING, our Day Program is designed with a variety of goal orientated activities, to improve overall functioning and development and keep you engaged all through the day. You are consistently supported by our friendly team of supports and educators who pride themselves on ensuring all our guests needs are met and supported with the utmost care.
Our Day Program incorporates structured activities designed to stimulate creativity, physical activity, and social interaction. We will provide morning tea (a delicious snack to refuel and recharge); a nutritious, freshly cooked lunch (to keep the energy levels high); and an afternoon snack with a beverage of choice.

How can I attend?
You may choose to attend our Day Program on a half day or full day basis and on a flexible or permanent booking in order to meet your needs. Our Day Program runs between the hours of 9.00am – 4.00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Half day from 9.00am - 12noon or 1.00pm - 4.00pm. Lunch provided between 12.00pm and 1.00pm for full day attendees.
(Flexible hours can be negotiated)

Cooking
May include:

Special Events will be scheduled throughout the year to encourage social connections and improve and develop skills for recreational and community participation. Being involved in the community can support wellbeing, build confidence and keep you connected.
